The Welldone Group is a call center based on the NSW South Coast which offers what is rapidly becoming a unique service – phones are answered by Australians!!
It was one of the first businesses in Australia to set up a VOIP network to improve the services to their own clients. China Procurement sourced these phones from China wholesalers and organised a few modifications to meet Australian telecommunication standards as well as some specific user modifications.

China Procurement has also assisted many small businesses by sourcing various stationery products such as pens, notebooks, organizers diaries, etc. Typically we save our customers between 50% and 70% off the Australian wholesale price by importing from China wholesalers.
