I have engaged the services of China Procurement on several occassions, and each time they have demonstrated professionalism and willingness to get to really understand our specific requirements.
My first purchase through China Procurement was VOIP phones that we installed at our call cente. These had to be modified to conform to Australian standards. The second was  an Emergency Kit sponsored by a local Rotary Group.
